Best Western Huntington Mall Inn

The desk staff was very helpful. She saw I was on crutches and was able to move us to a first floor room. We had tried to follow u with our online booking by calling, but there was no answer. After several attempts calling, we texted. Upon arriving, we informed the desk staff of our attempts. She stated others had said that they too had tried to call in. She said the home had not rang.

We were reimbursed 36.00 on our stay d/t ants/leaky air conditioner, not much but better than nothing. The manager was super prompt and apologetic about my card being charged twice and had it corrected within 2 dAys after I discovered it. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good as well. Pool is great!

We're on our way to western Kentucky to help rebuild houses for the victims of the tornado from December 2021. It's close to the highway on our trip. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was good.

Good breakfast variety. Warm food , pastries , juice and milk..... Our stay was very nice and relaxing... Our bed was SUPER COMFTY... All accomodations were met with kind friendly staff. And really REALLY enjoyed the kindness and professionalism. We most certainly will be back.

The lady at the front desk, Donna, was so helpful. I forgot to ask for non smoking, but she gladly switched us to another room. Also when the remote didn't work, she replaced the batteries.
